We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team, specifically focusing on early intervention services. In this role, you will work closely with clients and their families, under the supervision of Occupational Therapists, to provide therapy interventions.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Assisting in conducting evaluations to assess infants' and toddlers' motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and activities of daily living
Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by Occupational Therapists to address fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care skills, and play skills
Providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions to support developmental progress and functional independence
Incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques into treatment sessions
Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide education, support, and home-based strategies for promoting optimal development
Monitoring and documenting progress, communicating with the therapy team, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution
Current and valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
Clinical competence in pediatric occupational therapy, preferably with experience in early intervention
Knowledge of developmental milestones and age-appropriate assessment tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate and family-centered approach to therapy.
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles (OMV)
Reliable transportation with car insurance
