We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team, specifically focusing on early intervention services. In this role, you will work closely with infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years and their families to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy interventions to address developmental delays or disabilities.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess infants' and toddlers' motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and activities of daily living
Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and in collaboration with the child's family and other healthcare professionals
Providing therapy sessions to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care skills, and play skills
Incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques into treatment sessions
Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide education, support, and home-based strategies for promoting optimal development and functional independence
Monitoring and documenting progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Participating in team meetings, case conferences, professional development activities, and interdisciplinary evaluations as needed
Supervision of COTAs
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited college or school
Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
Specialization or experience in pediatric occupational therapy is preferred
Knowledge of sensory integration techniques, fine motor skills development, and adaptive equipment, developmental milestones and age-appropriate assessment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate and family-centered approach to therapy
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles (OMV)
Reliable transportation with car insurance
