Salary: $89,000 - $95,000 per year

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team, specifically focusing on early intervention services. In this role, you will work closely with infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years and their families to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy interventions to address developmental delays or disabilities.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess infants' and toddlers' motor skills, sensory processing abilities, and activities of daily living

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and in collaboration with the child's family and other healthcare professionals

  • Providing therapy sessions to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care skills, and play skills

  • Incorporating evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques into treatment sessions

  • Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide education, support, and home-based strategies for promoting optimal development and functional independence

  • Monitoring and documenting progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

  • Participating in team meetings, case conferences, professional development activities, and interdisciplinary evaluations as needed

  • Supervision of COTAs


Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited college or school

  • Current and valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist

  • Specialization or experience in pediatric occupational therapy is preferred

  • Knowledge of sensory integration techniques, fine motor skills development, and adaptive equipment, developmental milestones and age-appropriate assessment tools.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Compassionate and family-centered approach to therapy



Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license

  • Clean driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles (OMV)

  • Reliable transportation with car insurance
