Salary: $87,000-$97,000 per year

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team, specifically focusing on early intervention services. In this role, you will work closely with infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years and their families to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy interventions to address developmental delays or disabilities.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the physical therapy needs of each child.
Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve motor skills, strength, mobility, and overall physical function
Providing one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and interventions
Monitoring and documenting progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and continuity of care
Participating in team meetings, case conferences, professional development activities, and interdisciplinary evaluations as needed
Supervision of PTAs as needed
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited college or school
Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Specialization or experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred
Knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques, equipment, and interventions is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy
Basic understanding of how to use EMR system or willingness to learn
Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles (OMV)
Reliable transportation with car insurance
