Salary: $87,000-$97,000 per year

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team, specifically focusing on early intervention services. In this role, you will work closely with infants and toddlers aged 0-3 years and their families to assess, diagnose, and provide therapy interventions to address developmental delays or disabilities.

Requirements

 Responsibilities:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the physical therapy needs of each child.

  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve motor skills, strength, mobility, and overall physical function

  • Providing one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques and interventions

  • Monitoring and documenting progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

  • Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and continuity of care

  • Participating in team meetings, case conferences, professional development activities, and interdisciplinary evaluations as needed

  • Supervision of PTAs as needed


Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited college or school

  • Current and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

  • Specialization or experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred

  • Knowledge of pediatric therapy techniques, equipment, and interventions is preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy

  • Basic understanding of how to use EMR system or willingness to learn


Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license

  • Clean driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles (OMV)

  • Reliable transportation with car insurance
